Can I just say how much I hate/severe dislike of calling the customer service people at my insurance? I often have my husband call them, because I totally lose my cool. Cici walked me through talking to customer service asking where my cards were, because after three weeks I STILL didn’t have my insurance cards. So simple, Cici walked me through, and calmed me down when I started yelling in frustration when they told me the cards had been sent to the wrong address. Cici took the phone, asked when the new cards were going to be FedEx’d to the house since we needed them for an upcoming appointment at the end of the week, at the doctor she worked for. I had them in 2 days after Cici asked when they’d FedEx my cards to me. So thankful Cici was there to help me in my panic and desperate time of need when I absolutely had to have my insurance cards.
