Wonderful with customer service stuff
Can I just say how much I hate/severe dislike of calling the customer service people at my insurance? I often have my husband call them, because I totally lose my cool. Cici walked me through talking to customer service asking where my cards were, because after three weeks I STILL didn't have my insurance cards. So simple, Cici walked me through, and calmed me down when I started yelling in frustration when they told me the cards had been sent to the wrong address. Cici took the phone, asked when the new cards were going to be FedEx'd to the house since we needed them for an upcoming appointment at the end of the week, at the doctor she worked for. I had them in 2 days after Cici asked when they'd FedEx my cards to me. So thankful Cici was there to help me in my panic and desperate time of need when I absolutely had to have my insurance cards. Great at special needs and requests for Children
Our child has autism, severe autism. Cici fought for him getting tests and medical needs met when our insurance didn't understand he was a non verbal autistic child. She seemed to intuitively know how to handle his quirks of autism. She got down on the floor to speak with him, calmed him down during a meltdown during a doctor office visit. Our child trusted her like he did us. We are forever grateful that Cici took the lead to show us how to get our precious child the care he needed, with humor and wisdom. Deidre and Richard T.
Knows her stuff!
Cici is completely amazing! She graciously helped my father in law when he was having trouble with his medical insurance paying a claim that needed to be paid. She did a three-way conversation between the insurance and my father in law and she was listening in and explaining the situation and pointing out that the service being denied was actually a covered benefit on his plan. The insurance reversed the denial right then and there after Cici pointed out that it was indeed a covered service under his insurance plan. We can't thank her enough for making a tough situation better.-Renee R.
Helps with getting your college kid ready
When my college bound student headed off for his first year of college last year, she took both my son and I aside before we dropped him off at school and made darn sure he was prepared in what he needed to know for getting doctor appointments, understanding medical insurance do's and don'ts, where the doctor was, etc. WOW. What a relief for her to take the time (for a small fee)and make sure my child was prepared for college out of state and how to get medical help if and when he needed it. My momma's heart was at peace sending him off to school knowing Cici had prepared him for being on his own for the first time when it came to medical stuff.Carole K.
