Affectionately known as the Medical Coding Mama to Patients, Doctors and friends alike, a pint-sized 5’0″ speaking powerhouse with a passion and mission to educate the world, with a firm belief that the better educated a person is on medical information and their options and other medical related stuff, the better decisions a person can make for themselves and their families.
Drawing on her vast experiences being a young widow, getting remarried then divorced, being a single parent, having to put a loved one into hospice, dealing with the death of loved ones, dealing with insurance nightmares and all that lovely paperwork all that entails, and speaks on how all those problems can affect medical choices. She shares her hard-earned wisdom not only from her own life, she also shares the stories of the patients and doctors that she’s encountered over the years as a way to educate people on how to look for every possible avenue and not to stop until every avenue and choice has been exhausted.
